A new strategy has been adopted to distribute scholarships across Pakistan. The education department has held multiple meetings to ensure all eligible children receive their payments. The verification process for pending cases has now been expedited.

Areas Where Scholarship Payments Were Delayed

Due to delays in verification, scholarship payments were halted in the following areas:

  • Punjab: Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Muzaffarabad, D.G. Khan
  • Sindh: Karachi, Malir, Harpura, Badin
  • Balochistan: Quetta, Hudar, and some other districts
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Garam Kart
  • Other Regions: Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan

Children in these areas received either partial or no scholarships due to verification issues. However, this process is now being completed, and students are expected to receive their pending payments for nine months.
