  2. Sign up with your CNIC and create a password.

  3. Fill out the form with your family and income details.

  4. Upload the required documents (see below).

  5. Review everything and hit Submit.

Before you apply, scan and get these ready:

  • Your CNIC + spouse’s CNIC

  • Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA

  • Proof of Punjab residence (like a utility bill or domicile)

  • Proof of income (salary slip or affidavit)

  • NSER/PMT score certificate

  • Rent agreement or recent utility bill

  • 6-month bank statement

  • Marriage certificate (if married)

🏗️ What Happens After You Get a Plot?

If you win a plot, here’s what’s next:

  • Start building your home within 6 months.

  • Finish construction within 2 years.

  • You can’t sell or transfer the plot for 5 years.

  • The land must only be used for your own house.

💸 Get an Interest-Free Home Loan Too

Worried about building costs? You can also apply for a loan of up to Rs. 1.5 million, with no interest, through the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar program.
